Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and establish clear deliverables.

Team Leadership: Build and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes accountability and teamwork.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, risks, and issues. Manage stakeholder expectations and solicit feedback to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

 

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project success. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project objectives are achieved.

 

Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to support project activities and deliverables. Monitor resource utilization and adjust resource allocation as needed to optimize project performance and mitigate bottlenecks.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
